Folders

Unfortunately, we currently don't support the sharing of the home folder due to early folder design. If this is something that you'd like to see then please vote for the feature in the roadmap area of the site.
Your home folder is the core part of your account. Without it you won't be able to access any of your files.
Batch operations are not yet permitted on folders. You can currently only perform batch operations on files.

Data & Security

We store all of our data in Microsoft datacentres, inside the UK.

File Sharing

Sharing isn't supported for archive files as they are stored offline and aren't available on-demand.
Anyone with the public URL that Cloudery provides you with can access that file.
Files will remain public until you tell us to make it private again. You can do this by going to the file's page, clicking 'Share', and selecting 'Stop sharing'

Archive Storage

Archive storage is best suited for files that must be preserved (Audio recordings, security camera footage, Financial services call transcripts). They should be files you don't regularly access and don't need immediate access to.
Archive files are stored offline. The process of bringing a file online can take several hours
